Return & Exchange Policies
Returns (US) - *Effective on orders made on or after 9/18/2024
We are confident you will love your holiCHIC purchase. However, we get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition and isn't marked 'Final Sale', we accept returns up to 14 days of receipt.

Your return or exchange must be processed on our Returns Portal and sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. Any return received after 14 days will be returned to sender. No Exceptions.
Returns & exchanges are only accepted on brand-new unworn, and unwashed items, with tags intact. Items must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. Please note that if your return is not in its original condition, worn, or altered, it will be returned back to you.
There is no return shipping or processing fees for exchanges.
Returns are charged a flat fee of $22 to cover the cost of return shipping, restocking and processing. In addition, any duty and taxes (if applicable), and expedited shipping costs chosen by the customer are non-refundable. You will receive the cost of the garment, minus the cost of delivery and return fees.
We aim to process returns within 5-10 days of receipt. We will use this time to quality check each product thoroughly, ensure all tags are present and that the garment is in an acceptable and sellable condition. Once we have received and accepted your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days (please allow extra time during peak periods).
Preorder items are eligible for cancellation prior to delivery and are eligible for return up to 14 days after delivery. Pre-Order items are also eligible for exchanges if the inventory is available. All Pre-Order returns must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
Final Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds unless an item is damaged, in which case the customer must follow our Damaged Goods Policy. Any return that is Final Sale and not approved to return due to damage will be returned to sender.
What if my item is damaged?
Damaged Goods Policy: The customer is responsible to check an item for damage as soon as it is received. Due to the nature of our delicate fabrics and hand-crafted garments there may be minor distortions and actual measurements may vary slightly per item. We do our best to avoid any such issues and have a dedicated QC team that checks every item before shipment. However, human errors do occur and if you happen to receive a faulty item, you must reach out to info@holichicbymegha.com within 48 hours of receipt to discuss next steps.
Please be sure to send a detailed description of the issue and relevant photos or videos so we can resolve this matter as quickly as possible. If damages are reported past 48 hours we reserve the right to deny the request.
International Return / Exchanges
Return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer. We are unable to provide return labels or offer free international exchanges, but we are able to offer you a store credit for the returned items' value for you to place a new order on our site.
International Taxes and Duties: Any applicable customs and import duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. The customer is responsible for any return shipping in the event of international returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes. If a customs authority refuses to return the package without receiving payment, then the customer is fully responsible for the package.

Returns outside the 14 day policy?
Customers will not be offered a refund, exchange, or store credit option in an attempt to process a return outside of the 14 day return period. No Exceptions.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for all returning items until they reach us. Make sure your item is packed property to avoid damage, and keep proof of postage in case you need to contact the shipping company about your return package.
