Where is my order?

As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.

How do I redeem my holiCOINS?

Log into your account and click Rewards. Scroll down to see your available redemptions, copy the code in the gold box, and paste it into the discount field at checkout.

How do I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
1. Go to holichic.com, hover over Account, and click Returns Portal.
2. Enter your order number and zip code.
3. Select your item and reason for return.
4. Choose an alternate size/item, store credit, or refund.
5. Print your return label (emailed to you), package your item, and drop it at the post office or a courier.

Are there shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $150.

For orders under $150:


U.S. Shipping: Flat-rate shipping applies and typically ranges from $10 to $20.
International Shipping: Costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and package details.


You’ll see all available shipping options and final costs before completing your order.

Can I change my order after it’s placed?

Most orders start processing right away, so changes are not always possible. If you’d like to make an adjustment, email us at hello@holichic.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Do you offer customizations?

At this time, we can customize our 5 Second Sari to your exact measurements and color preference. Custom orders require an additional $100 fee and take about 4–6 weeks for production.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Absolutely! Gift cards are available on our website so you can give the gift of choice.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. But we recommend creating an account so you can:


• Access past orders easily
• Get personalized recommendations
• Earn holiCOINS on every purchase, which you can redeem for discounts in the future

My order says delivered, but I haven’t received it?

Please email us right away at hello@holichic.com so we can help. We also recommend adding our Safe Shipping Protection Plan at checkout in the future to cover your order 100% if it’s ever lost, stolen, or damaged.
