Great design but lacking in quality

I am a frequent Holi Chic buyer and am typically very happy with the clothes. I have handbags (love!), lenghas (fabulous!), and a cropped hoodie purchased over a year ago. The cropped hoodie I had was so wonderful that I decided to purchase another in a different design. Unfortunately, when I received the lotus hoodie it became clear the quality had gone down. The material was thinner, less soft, and prone to pilling. When looking at the tags, it's clear the type of sweatshirt is different now than it was before. It fits true to size. I purchased an M (5'5", 125 lbs).
